What files can I upload with the enquiry?

PDF drawings, photos, and design files: PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF, SVG, ZIP, AI, EPS, DXF, or DWG. One enquiry accepts up to 5 files and 3.5 MB in total. If the pack is larger, send the brief first and we will tell you how to pass the rest.

What is the minimum order for a custom equestrian article?

MOQ depends on the construction, material, and hardware. Share the drawing and the quantity you have in mind and we confirm per programme. Trial quantities can be discussed as an LCL shipment.

Do you make a sample before bulk production?

Yes. Samples are arranged on approved enquiries and become the reference for bulk production and QC.

Which materials can a custom equestrian order use?

Leather, nylon, polypropylene, and rope, with brass, steel, or silver-tone hardware where the design allows. If a material in the drawing is not one we work, we say so at the feasibility step.

Can a custom equestrian order ship with pet products?

Yes. Choose both categories on the enquiry form, or note the pet styles in the same brief, so packing and documents are planned together.
