How is custom pet manufacturing different from private label?
Private label applies your brand, colours, and packaging to constructions we already make. Custom manufacturing starts from your drawing or reference and builds the article to that specification.
What files can I upload with the enquiry?
PDF drawings, photos, and design files: PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF, SVG, ZIP, AI, EPS, DXF, or DWG. One enquiry accepts up to 5 files and 3.5 MB in total. If the pack is larger, send the brief first and we will tell you how to pass the rest.
What is the minimum order for a custom pet article?
MOQ depends on the construction, material, and hardware. Share the drawing and the quantity you have in mind and we confirm per programme. Trial quantities can be discussed as an LCL shipment.
Do you make a sample before bulk production?
Yes. Samples are arranged on approved enquiries and become the reference for bulk production and QC.
Which materials can a custom pet order use?
Leather, vegan leather, nylon, polypropylene, and cotton rope, with steel or nickel-tone hardware where the design allows. If a material in the drawing is not one we work, we say so at the feasibility step.
Can a custom pet order ship with equestrian tack?
Yes. Choose both categories on the enquiry form, or note the tack styles in the same brief, so packing and documents are planned together.
